This FSMS Lead Auditor Training course is certified by RABQSA and recognized by IRCA & NRBPT (Quality Council of India).
It is a five days training program (Non- Residential)
During 5 days of ISO 22000 Lead Auditor training program the following shall be covered.

 General requirements of ISO 22000, Documentation requirements, Control of documents, Control of records, Management commitment, Food safety policy, Food safety team leader, Communication, Emergency preparedness and response ,MRM, Resource Management, PRP’S, Food Safety Hazard, Types of food safety Hazards. food recalls, traceability and product withdrawals, Actual and potential food safety hazards.


 HACCP , HACCP Planning ,HACCP principles, Food safety Risk and Risk assessment ,  CCP and setting up the control limit ,  Control measures, CCPs critical limits, monitoring methods, and corrective actions ,
Validation, verification and improvement of the food safety management system
Type of Audit , Audit Planning ,Conduct of Audit ,Audit Report writing skill ,NC report writing skill
Opening meeting & Closing meeting & Audit summary report writing
